Except for the emergency phone systems which are lousy and don’t last for years like POTS units, all other elements of the VPL are quality and with proper preventive maintenance, last for years. The technician predominantly taking care of the VPL is excellent and very knowledgeable.

The fact that our stair lift was installed only 3 business days after Charlie came to our house was AMAZING!!! My wife was at the point where she could barely walk up the stairs.
