The Arrow Lift is a top-notch and very dependable product. It has made my life so much easier. My Arrow Lift has had no issues since its installation a year ago. However, since it is a mechanical and electrical machine it could have a problem down-the-road. For that reason I purchased a maintenance plan to give me peace-of-mind should something break. The plan includes a yearly visit to my house by one of Arrow Lift's trained, professional technicians to verify all operating functions are still well within established tolerances. Reliability of inline gear and great service of Arrow!
The Arrow Lift has made a life changing difference for me! I was having terrible back, hip and knee pain. It was very difficult for me to go upstairs(12 stairs) to get to our bedroom. After having the Arrow Lift installed (the straight one), I only have 3 stairs to get up! Three versus twelve is so much better!!! The Arrow Lift has paid for itself over and over!!! I would like to add that the staff is incredibly helpful and nice!!

Maintenance keeps elevator running reliably,
i am disappointed that the accordion doors fail so frequently and Arrow Lift has not stood behind this product with at least partially assisting replacements.
The tech was on time, polite, and efficient!
The service person was extremely helpful and courteous. He listened to our issues with our elevator and adjusted it accordingly. He was also very thorough with reviewing our annual maintenance inspection and completed the required maintenance in a very timely manner.
The people I've worked with have been very kind and worked with me on the needs I had.
Even when we found out there had to be some changes, they came up with ways to help me.

Arrow Lift was prompt to schedule a service call when we called and worked on the problem until it was fixed. Two service technicians came. Both were quiet friendly and even took off their street shoes when the entered our house, without our mentioning anything, We would not hesitate volunteering a recommendation for Arrow Lift if the subject of in-home lifts came up in talking to friends and neighbors.

The equipment is great. We have an elevator. A couple little hiccups early on, but the service from the arrow folks has been phenomenal. Can’t beat it thank you very much.

I was very much impressed with the fast service I got when the stair lift battery failed a 4 pm. Tiffany was understanding, found a repairman at the end of the day, who was willing to come to Stillwater and fix us up. And he was so helpful (sorry, I did not get his name) and willing to stop and get a new battery in, even though he had a long commute home. Your people are wonderful!
