We had issues of electrical connections due to dirt and general maintenance.
We called the office and fortunately Chris, the serviceman happened to be in our area, so he came over and repaired the problems and we signed up for a maintenance agreement for 2026.

Customer service is great. They call to remind you that annual maintenance is due and to make an appointment to come to your house to do the annual maintenance. It usually takes less than an hour. If you have any issues during the year with your stair-master, all you have to do is call Arrow Lift and they will discuss options for them to come and repair the issue with your stair-master. We’ve had our stair-master for 5 years with no major issues. I would highly recommend Arrow Lift.
Great service
The product has been very reliable, and with an annual check-up, even more so. My sister has been extremely happy with the stairlift and relieved that she doesn’t have to climb her extremely long stairway anymore.
Also, the technicians doing the check-ups for three years now have been friendly and courteous and did a thorough job. We want to thank them!
