I love my Arrow Lift stairlift. I feel independent that I can get to my freezer, check my sump pumps, or just get to my basement during bad weather, and I don't have to wait for family to cime over and bring things up from my basement. I've had my staircase for 5 years, and use it almost every day.
I bought a small breed puppy a little over a year ago, and when I was using my stairlift he sat at the top of the stairs and cried. I picked him up and sat him on my lap. He is one year old now, and can't wait to sit on my lap for his ride to the basement with me. He loves our Arrow Lift stairlift also. I'm so glad I purchased it.

The 2 chairlifts I had installed have been so helpful in keeping me in my home. I have not needed to have service calls or repairs. The maintenance check was just completed. The service person was so personable and accommodating. No real service was required so he did clean all the parts. I am very well satisfied with the lifts & thankful I chose to have them installed.
The stairlift for my handicapped mother has truly been a godsend. It has given her back a sense of independence and has given me incredible peace of mind. Knowing she can safely go up and down the stairs without fear has lifted a constant worry from my heart.
