Good product presentation from Charlie. Great to be able to go into the showroom and see the two models Arrow lift cells and actually use the working models. Once the chairlift was received from the manufacturer, it was installed quickly. We are very happy with the product and Charlie's customer service.

We purchased the following equipment October 2022 due to deteriorating multiple sclerosis that made it impossible for me to use the stairs:
Straight Rail Stairlift
Equipment Model: Stannah 600 Siena with
Concealed gear rack, Continuous battery charging, Power Swivel Seat , Power Fold Footrest and dual remote controls.
The product seems to be well designed. The motor has a lifetime warranty. It works well for our single floor straight staircase. The swivel seat allows easier access. The seatbelt is very easy to connect. The remotes make it easy to align the chair for access and minimize the chair for others when not in use. The electrical control of the footrest is great.
The company has a yearly service plan (at extra cost but you can lock in the yearly charge at time of purchase) to clean and lubricate the moving parts and a 20% discount on any parts that may need to be replaced. I don’t anticipate needing to get parts, but the lubricant did make it smoother and quieter when applied after 1 year of use.
Installation was quick and easy for our straight staircase. We are fortunate the provider and service for the stairlift are close (Minneapolis). I recommend getting a doctor's prescription to see if that can reduce costs.

Very knowledgeable and friendly service. Relatively easy to contact which always makes things nice, especially when there is a problem. Jessica is terrific and very friendly on the phone and is also committed to getting an answer to a problem and getting back to you with information about a time that a service technician would be there. Last but not least, Chia is a fantastic tech and is extremely friendly and outgoing to make the customer satisfied with his expertise.

Our home elevator is working great for us. Every year you call us to schedule a time for maintenance. In that way we don’t have to remember to schedule. That’s a huge for me on customer service. Techs are very professional.

Though difficult to install in existing homes, it serves it’s customers well. Maintenance is expensive.

Nice service technicians.
Products built well. Didn't care for some bump sounds. But the workers told us louder bump was spliced and can't smooth it. Also, that the -2- was good because sandpaper does some cleaning.
The installers were excellent workers and worked hard the whole time.
Both the salesman, Todd, and the installer, Kyle (I think that's his name), were prompt and good to work with, and I'm happy with the product.
