The 2 chairlifts I had installed have been so helpful in keeping me in my home. I have not needed to have service calls or repairs. The maintenance check was just completed. The service person was so personable and accommodating. No real service was required so he did clean all the parts. I am very well satisfied with the lifts & thankful I chose to have them installed.
The stairlift for my handicapped mother has truly been a godsend. It has given her back a sense of independence and has given me incredible peace of mind. Knowing she can safely go up and down the stairs without fear has lifted a constant worry from my heart.
The quality and dependability have been outstanding. The chair is used many times every day and has never let us down. I also truly value the maintenance plan — even though we’ve never had a problem, the annual checkup reassures me that the stairlift will always be there when my mom needs it most.

Maintenance personnel seem well equipped to diagnose and handle problems as well as taking care of routine maintenance. Cade has done an excellent job every time he has been here.
We had issues of electrical connections due to dirt and general maintenance.
We called the office and fortunately Chris, the serviceman happened to be in our area, so he came over and repaired the problems and we signed up for a maintenance agreement for 2026.

We’ve had a few service calls but usually we are able to schedule service pretty quickly and the techs Joseph and Logan are great.

Customer service is great. They call to remind you that annual maintenance is due and to make an appointment to come to your house to do the annual maintenance. It usually takes less than an hour. If you have any issues during the year with your stair-master, all you have to do is call Arrow Lift and they will discuss options for them to come and repair the issue with your stair-master. We’ve had our stair-master for 5 years with no major issues. I would highly recommend Arrow Lift.
Great service
The product has been very reliable, and with an annual check-up, even more so. My sister has been extremely happy with the stairlift and relieved that she doesn’t have to climb her extremely long stairway anymore.
Also, the technicians doing the check-ups for three years now have been friendly and courteous and did a thorough job. We want to thank them!
