Staff were super friendly and helpful with picking out the item that I needed and were able to provide information about various local group rides. The shop is a great addition to our community, both by giving back a portion of their profits to local charities, and by bringing together the biking community for rides and learning opportunities/clinics : )

I dealt with Danny. I brought my daughter's bike in for a tune-up. The work was done in one day. Danny was courteous, knowledgable and he answered all of my questions regarding what would be done. Additionally, I appreciated receiving an email advising me that the job had been completed.

The service was great -- I'm confident that my daughter's bike will ride smoothly and safely having been tuned-up.
