My daughter and I recently rejoined the Y. We attended a cycling class and very much enjoyed it. The instructor was very nice and spent time explaining things to us as new attendees. Thank you.
We are new members so we Haven’t taken advantage of all the programs and activities yet. Looking forward to exploring all that is offered.
ME Lyons is a nice YMCA very friendly members and excellent staff.
So far we’ve only enjoyed the outdoor pool, but it’s our favorite place to be in the summer! Very friendly staff and Kenna is the best swim instructor!

The staff is so friendly and helpful. I personally haven't used any of the programs or activities for myself yet, but do plan on doing so in the future. Currently, I am bringing 3 grandchildren and either taking the time to myself to read or I am playing basketball with them.
