love the silver sneaker class, it always refreshes me and makes me feel really good, since I am 77 it is great start to my day. Love C.J he is great and enjoy his classes

I like your class schedule. It allows me to participate in yoga and Pilates in the mornings. Staff is very friendly and the instructors are very good.

I joined mainly to swim and to play pickle ball
Attended for the first time on December 7. Poole was very clean. Locker room was very clean.

Bridget really does a good job of coming up with different activities for the adults and the kids
a lot of love is here at ME Lyons YMCA you can feel it when you walk into the door

The only program I participate in is the water aerobics Monday through Friday a.m. I like this program very much. The instructor Sue is excellent.
