I would benefit from more options on water exercise classes. I'm not available until after noon, so I miss all of them. That's a really small thing though compared to the wonderful roster of things offered. Maybe tumbling for kids would be an idea too. I LOVE my Y!!

I enjoy the deepwater workout. I have not come as often recently, because the women's shower changing area is being renovated. Looking forward to the new area!!

I like the Silver Sneakers classes and the instructors. The water aerobics class is fun and Sue Brown is an excellent instructor.

More activities for seniors that work during the day. Water aerobics in the evening. Low impact exercised also in the evening.
There are a wide variety of programs that meet the needs of different people. They are easy to schedule because they are offered on different days and at different times for everyone. All the personal and the members make it a fun atmosphere at the YMCA!

I try to swim 3 days a week. However lately it seems the pool is very crowded with swimmers when the website shows hardly anyone signing in. Last Friday there were more swimmers than 2 per lane. I mentioned this to the life guard on my way out. She said it has been a problem. I suggest lane swimmers check in with the life guard or front desk prior to entering the pool.
