love the silver sneaker class, it always refreshes me and makes me feel really good, since I am 77 it is great start to my day. Love C.J he is great and enjoy his classes

I like your class schedule. It allows me to participate in yoga and Pilates in the mornings. Staff is very friendly and the instructors are very good.
