Very user friendly
Silver Sneakers class has great teachers and is perfect exercise to keep seniors fit. Pool is great, everyone staff and guests- are friendly and good people. Administration can sometimes be lacking but you cant have everything

They are very flexible. You can attend the class of your choice mornings, afternoons, or evenings most day. A class reservation is easy to schedule. The instructors are very knowledgeable at what they do. The instructors make sure you exercise properly while making the class enjoyable!
Only one visit there but the place was clean and organized and the staff was very professional, polite and helpful.
Very family oriented.
Ability to exercise and be active with various forms of options for activities all year long. We can swim, shoot hoops, use the elliptical, etc. my family and I have used and enjoyed this membership a lot more than I thought we would because of the convenience and options for all of us. It’s been great to stay active thus winter and I’m glad my daughter talked me into getting the membership.
I like the variety and hours.
My favorite classes are the water aerobics, the dance fitness, zumba, body balance and yoga.
I love the swim class. Sue Brown is awesome she makes the YMCA what I think it should be. The life guards are very good to all people and seemed to be trained very well. On anything else I will not respond because, know one wants to hear. Last time I received a response I didn't care for it. So my advice is don't ask my option,you really don't want to hear. You only want high marks. I almost deleted but I owe Sue Brown all the respect she deserves.
I just signed up and haven't used the facilities or classes yet.

I go to the Y for the classes offered. The management puts a lot of effort into offering varied times for all the classes, both early morning and evening, and that is very much appreciated.

Love the silver sneakers classes. I do five every week. Wish there were more bikes and new step machines in the work out area. Too many treadmills!!

Don't participate in any structured activities, but enjoy the basketball court and the workout machine area
