I like the silver sneaker classes in the morning , I go to 4 classes a week and enjoy the friendships I have made and how being involved with exercise has made me a healthy person also.
I do wish that the classes would be limited to what it is suppose to be. Sometimes there are over 50 people in the class and it get pretty crowded. It does not seem fair that the people who do register have to go to a class with to many people. I register all the time and I know there are lots of people who do not. I wish you could look more into making sure people register like they are suppose too. Thank you so very much.
The instructors care they’re friendly. I have been there as much because of illness so can’t give much feedback.

I am only beginning to use the YMCA again. The employees are very nice. I would like to see more programs for seniors at a more reasonable time, however. Eight o'clock in the morning is far too early!
Easy to schedule
I just joined the ME Lyons ymca last week and a friend joined me . I also have another friend that is planning on joining . I m very impressed with the amount of classes offered as well as one of my favorites coming….Body Pump!
Although I wish the fitness room was larger to accommodate the members (very crowded)

I like the YMCA 9:10 a.m. water aerobics class that Sue Brown teaches.
She is excellent her knowledge of what to do and how to do it correctly.
She is nice, kind and most of all very professional. She remembers everyone by name she celebrates Birthday's the whole pool sings the Happy Birthday song. She goes above & beyond.
She should be recognized for for hard work, time and her effort she puts in to her class and the members attending at the ME Lyons YMCA all are nice.

Sue Is an amazing water fitness instructor. Her positivity and friendliness has made my experience wonderful. I joined Blue Ash Y but find ME Lyons water fitness to be a better fit for me
I think it’s extra special that you have so many activities geared towards seniors!!
My favorite activity is swimming - especially in the summer time in the outdoor pool. The pool staff did a great job this past summer with keeping it clean. I really enjoyed the long-course when it was available most of the morning during much of August. I just wish it was more accessible throughout September - May!!
