Swimming Lessons

Great place for families to participate in sports, activities, and classes.
I use the Y for swimming. I am supposed to swim or walk 30 minutes 3 times a week so I prefer swimming. I do oppose your policy of up to 3 swimmers per lane -- too much. There are people who swim more than the 1 hour allotted.

I love the access to the gym. My daughter does swim lessons and soccer and enjoys every bit of it.

Hi ! M E Lyons offer a terrific range of activities and programs for every age demographic from newborns to newborns that were born before cars had radios, Television didn't exist and phone were dialed and you made a call through an operator. Staff is always helpful, patient and pleasant to work with. If you are currently seeking an environment for the family or looking to improve your health, take time to visit or check their website. There is a pretty big Sikver Sneaker crowd and the cost of membership is only your time. Review written by 73 yr old who grandkids call Poppy. See ya soon probably in the workout room or in pool!
