The locker rooms are dirty. They are only cleaned after hours. They need to be cleaned also during the day.

Pool is important for my granddaughter
I am new but so far I like the pool and fitness center. Would like to try more programs in the future.
Only complaint is that I wish the hours were a little later.
They have so much to offer.
Silver sneakers exercise and balance classes. Wish there was more than one a day. Maybe one in late afternoon or evening?
Love the 9:10 pool exercise but am having an allergic traction (eczema) to it so cant go more than once a week
I like just being able to come into a class without having to register for the class first on line.
I like the pickleball, the pool and the nautilus room.
I like the no contract and join and rejoin as needed.

I can be active for free with silver sneakers otherwise if I had to pay I wouldn’t be able to afford attending.

As a senior I appreciate the Silver Sneakers classes. There has been a change in front desk personal which is very much appreciated. One of the people previously there was downright rude and on one occasion abusive.
Management staff seems to be more responsive and polite.
Have not participated in any programs, have used the outdoor pool which looks great with the addition of the flowers.
Love the exercise equipment, all employees so friendly too

I’m 85 years old and I’m going to make a recommendation. Outside in the pool area you need to have some chair, chairs lounge chairs that said a little higher so we all folks can get in and out of them easier.
This is not my home ymca. So I don’t go there often. I do love how you go the extra mile for the kids basketball games - blowup tunnel, music, lights, cowbells. It’s such a fun way to start the games. I missed that activity yesterday. Assuming that just doesn’t happen for the summer session?
Since Coney closed....we enjoy / use the POOL.
I like the open gym times and the availability of equipment (cardio and weight machines).
Programs and activities are well organized and led by enthusiastic staff.
