What do you like about our programs and activities?

I haven't really dived into the programs and activities so much yet. I REALLY like the Central Parkway YMCA facility. The pool and men's locker room with the sauna and steam room are great. The hours of the facility are good and accommodating. Also the front desk attendants are always pleasant. Even at 5AM!

My family and I love going to the YMCA because of the family atmosphere. The togetherness and feeling welcome helps with wanting to go back and motivation to keep coming helps with our health.:)

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Staff is always SO friendly! Group fitness classes are a huge bonus and having a variety to choose from is always fun. The facilities are amazing - modern, bright, and all the machines always work. I LOVE the cycle studio room with the cycle video subscription on the TV! On the days I cannot make the group classes, I go in there and do a tv workout and it’s terrific. And in the mornings, coffee is what gets me there early :)
