What do you like about our programs and activities?

I don't participate in the programs, but I love the options available. There's something for everyone at the Central Parkway Y, and the new facility is clean and gorgeous. It's spacious enough that even when busy, I have no problem finding open machines or weights.

John the Personal Trainer was very knowledgeable and took time to explain everything to me. Facility was very nice.

I enjoy and benefit from John's Silver Sneakers class, and find the staff friendly and helpful. The facilities are generally clean and the renovated Y is a real pleasure. (I live upstairs.)

Enjoy all Siiver Sneakers classes, and Y weight. John Dezarn is an awesome trainer!! We do need additional equipment for Silver Sneakers, as the class has grown considerably.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Haven't been able to use it that much yet but have enjoyed it very much so far. I like the wide range of classes that are offered.
