What do you like about our programs and activities?

I like using the weights for training and I ADORE the Silver Sneakers class. The atmosphere is friendly, yet the workout is serious. I enjoy seeing the teacher and participants and I benefit from the movement and strength developed there. Silver Sneakers is contributing to my well being!

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Spin class is an end in itself but also a means to an end. After cycle class Tuesday night many in class met at Queen City Radio Lounge to talk about cycling trips, bicycles, books, movies, neighborhoods, our jobs, our families. Yes, and to rehydrate!! Many former spinning students showed up also - the third Tuesday of the month has been circled on our calendars! Exercising and socializing make for s great combination.

I mainly use the bike and treadmill equipment. The class times are not convenient for me.

Location, newer equipment, close to running on the Ohio River.

What I don't like: members talking loudly on their cell phones in the Cybex/stretching area; cost of parking;
