Silver Sneakers classes with John; Also, your facility is very well maintained.

One improvement for the Silver Sneakers classes would be to have sufficient chairs when the class has 30 attendees. We are often short by 7-8 chairs.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I like that the facility is clean and equipment is well maintained. It’s close to home and I can walk.

I wish there were more 8 and 10 pound dumbbells in the weights are. I like using low weight for my workouts, but there haven’t been enough sets lately for everyone wanting to use the 8s especially.

I love the pool, the boxing room and I think the treadmills are really cool, just like the whole gym overall can't wait to go back after I come back from my vacation.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I have recently been partaking in the central parkway YMCAs classes (specifically the Boot Camp and Barre) and have loved the atmosphere of both classes. The classes are adaptable for any fitness level and the teachers are great motivators. I was initially nervous about attending a class that was open to any fitness level because I was worried that I was not going to be pushed as hard as I could but I found that that is not the case as the fitness instructors are able to adapt specific aspects of the course for individuals.

I enjoy every aspect of the Central Y. It's cleanliness, spaciousness, clean and comfortable locker room and last but not least the friendliness of the staff.

I like the camaraderie of working out as a group. The staff are all welcoming and friendly and the rooms are well lit and inviting. Our Silver Sneakers teacher is friendly, encouraging and upbeat. We need more equipment as the class is quite popular.

I truly enjoyed my membership with the YMCA. They programs are diverse and are at great times (morning/evening).
