What do you like about our programs and activities?

I absolutely love the amount of group fitness classes and the timing they are available. As a person that works 2nd shift having an 11am or 12pm class is ideal and not available everywhere. Trust me I’ve looked.

I love that easy to join activities like pickleball and yoga are offered in addition to more intense training.

I just joined 2 days ago so I don't have much feedback, but I like the amount of different class types you offer, and I liked working with my trainer!

Clean facility, plenty of equipment. Only issue is the women’s steam room smells and has weird yellow residue on the walls.

I love my Silver Sneakers class with Mary. She makes the 45 minutes fly by because of her kindness, energy and dance skills.

I love the pool and free weight room. The pool is clean, love that it's a saline pool, great lifeguards. Lots of equipment available in free weight room.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

There is something for everyone and every ability. I'm a senior, so the programming for older adults is very appealing. Also, the feeling that everyone is welcome. I love the diverse environment and friendly atmosphere.

So far, I enjoyed the pool on one visit. The locker room was nice, and the pool was comfortable to swim laps in. The staff was very, very friendly.

Havent started yet. Water arobics and the sauna, and the machines for workout, just the whole atmosphere of fitness is exciting to me
