I heard that the chair yoga class I take on Tuesdays and Thursdays might be cancelled. This is the reason I joined the YMCA! Then I found other things I enjoy like getting a trainer to help me learn how to work out. I know enrollment in the chair yoga fluctuates because we seniors travel. But PLEASE don't cancel the class! There isn't another exercise routine like it. We seniors can't do mat yoga.

I like the hours that the swimming pool is open and available for lap swimming.

Everything is great but for how expensive the membership is I think we should get guest passes, like most other gyms.

The group x programs work to meet my exercise and health goals. I’ve found the instructors and instruction second to none.

The Y has a vast number of classes and programs at different times of the day.
i always look forward to going to the y..i go six days a week and i enjoy the steam room because it is always nice and hot...i use c1 to do my stretching exercises and use the track to do my walking and i rotate those activities..
The state of the art machines are fantastic! The staff are always friendly to greet you whether you're coming or going.
Instructors are encouraging.
I will need to find out more about the programs and activities. I love to visit for great workouts.
The variety of activities make it good for anyone and all ages. As a silver sneaker, I appreciate the acceptance of seniors, which there are many here and that makes me feel welcome.

The equipment sauna steam room friendly staff
I like the pool. My only issue is that the sauna is not working and it is unclear when it will be back on. Please let me know. Thanks

I l have not yet participated in any organized activities or programs, I love the cleanliness, wide variety of equipment , friendliness of staff and the ability to work out there between 10am and 2pm when the city's parking meters are free.

The saline pool at the downtown Central Park way location is great and so are the lifeguards.
