What do you like about our programs and activities?

Yoga with Mary S. is my favorite, followed by lap swimming, and then my own self-designed circuit. I love that I can add/drop classes to my routine so that I don’t get bored (or muscles get used to the same movement which renders my workout less effective).

I love the group fitness classes. I'd love it if there were more in the evening. The staff and members are also very friendly.

More core class! But would love love love if you guys put in pilates reformers and did group classes.

All instructors are friendly. I have enjoyed the classes. My daughter has been working with a personal trainer and it is going well

Love how clean organized and up to date the equipment is. Absolutely love the pool and locker rooms with sauna and steam room

The exercise studios are clean and bright and there is a good number of machines. Group classes of all kinds are offered for those who like instructor led classes

I like how available you make them... even then, walking in, I would expect them to be better highlighted... something featured for the week.. maybe a trainer.. I have had a lot of people ask if you still have them. Love the place top to bottom though.. always have a good workout and love the sauna and steam rooms. Wish they were a little bigger sometimes because they do get busy!
