I use the pool 6 days a week. I'm thankful that we have this activity available, but I'm quite disappointed when I find out that I can't swim because there is no lifeguard. I would really like to see the administration make an effort to have subs in place who can fill in at these times. Other facilities do not even require a lifeguard. Perhaps the Y can look into that so that a lifeguard is no longer needed.
I just attended my first class (Zumba) on Tuesday and it was great. Tat-yana was amazing!

The facility on Central Parkway seems to welcome the member, and the equipment likewise allows me to renew and refresh tired arms and bones. The staff also are congenial and ready to help. The renovation of a few years back certainly was worth waiting for. I have been a member for about twenty five years and can honestly attribute my success both on and off the job to the many programs and benefits you offer. Thank you.

i really enjoy the central y..i ride a stationary bike and use the steam room....and i see a lot of my friends there....

The place is clean there's plenty of activities and plenty of machines to work out with with me being 66 I am happy to be a part of the YMCA it keeps me in good health the people are nice there and they always have some fresh coffee in the morning.
I like the camaraderie that develops within my class groups and with my teachers.
