What do you like about our programs and activities?

Love the balance between the historical and modern feel of the building. Community spaces are warm, welcoming, and nicely designed. Staff and participants seem genuinely friendly (not forced friendliness). Really like the classes for Boomers. Appreciate that instructors know the why’s behind movements and clearly articulate them. Also appreciate the different styles (and music) of the instructors. (FYI, I live closer to the Blue Ash Y, but do most classes at CP Y.)

I’ve only gone to Sally’s shallow/deep water exercise. After taking a quick look around and meeting a couple of other instructors I’m planning on doing a couple of more classes.
