What do you like about our programs and activities?

The staff are cheerful, friendly, and helpful. The multiple and varied exercise machines are clean and well-functioning, the rooms well-lit and at a pleasant temperature. It's nice to have views of the city and nature from the large windows, and I enjoy the historic elements of the important building. I got a great deal out of Silver Sneakers before the pandemic, but now enjoy self-work at the machines (NuStep). Best of all, I live upstairs!

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Kids Club is a great amenity. I have enjoyed yoga and look forward to Women on Weights. I would like to see a pilates and boot camp class offered in the evening!

I wish the facilities in the counties were as fresh and modern as the Central Parkway YMCA. It's obvious that they have invested in an adult-only facility. I would use the downtown Y, if it weren't for the expensive nearby parking.

I love working out at the central parkway y. I’ve been going there for years, since before the renovations.
