Although a Specialized biker, Dean displayed competency, customer care and delivered our bikes on time as promised.

Also, he gave options on parts and aimed to please the customer. BTW he does the little extra things w/o nickel and diming the customer.

I brought in a 10 y.o. Trek road bike that hadn't been on the road for 2 yrs. Dean made necessary repairs that were obvious (and found some that were not). Did overhaul on short notice which made me so happy. The bike ride like she was new. I would highly recommend this shop.
