Dean and his team at the Trek store are very knowledgeable about their products and friendly. We didn't buy a Trek product but rather purchased a trike for my Father in Law online and had them build it. They were very patient and talked him through the fitting process after they built it. I would recommend this store to anyone in the Lakewood Ranch/Parrish area.
