My husband’s wheel broke on his bike while we were on vacation and the owner was so kind to let him borrow his OWN wheel for a few days until he could get him a new one. That to us was a wonderful gesture!!!

As always, the quality of the Trek products is excellent. Additionally, the service provided by your store has been outstanding. I particularly appreciate receiving regular communications from the store when I've been working with them on a new bike and servicing my bikes. The communications add a personal touch, which many bike shops don't do.

Dean, I believe him to be the owner, is very customer service oriented. He knows his stuff and the biking world. He takes the time to answer questions and is very pleasant. The products are great, but the pricing, I feel, can't compete with prices in places like Amazon, PlanetCyclery, etc.
I've already referred one customer and I believe it led to a sale.
