I have always owned Trek products. Employees there are friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They try to help the customer in purchasing, instead of pushing items on to them.
I had some broken spokes in the front wheel of my Trek mountain bike so I decided to stop by this new store location of the Trek bicycle store.
I was able to leave my bike there and received an estimate that was very reasonable. and a two day repair estimate.
After only one day I received a call that the bike was ready, the wheel had been trued and the bike was given a complete service job all for the same fee.
I strongly recommend having bikes serviced at this store.
