The bike technicians are phenomenal across the board, they are professional, friendly, and provide detailed service with efficiency when bringing your bike in for maintenance. The team is personable, extremely knowledgeable about the array of services they provide, as well as all products. They go above and beyond to make sure the bike your purchase is the right fit and you are a completely satisfied. Three years since buying my bike and I absolutely love all aspects of it and the services that Trek Bike Shop of Estero offers are still stellar. Trek makes amazing products that last!

I've been going to the same Trek shop for four years now, primarily for tune-ups but also to buy some things (e.g. a new bicycle, a mirror, a rack...). I especially like the quality of the people who work there because of their courteous service and the expertise they put into bicycle maintenance. My one complaint: that the shop doesn't have more products in the physical store.
