What a wonderful, exciting, and totally a customer driven experience. We stopped in Trek Bicycle on Christmas Eve, a little late in the day. I anticipated staff to be tired and wanting to go home for Christmas. Our experience was completely the opposite. Steve, the owner, was more than happy to work with us on what we were looking for. Had great suggestions for size and safety. I couldn't be happier with my new Townie. Steve even delivered it for me because I didn't have a vehicle to transport the bike on.

They have a great selection of accessories and bikes. Giacomo the repair guy is great. He always treats me with fairness and kindness as if I’m family when I walk in calls me by name. Thank you
