We had a great time getting a new bike for my wife, even though we had to say goodbye to her old one that had been great. The tech really pointed us in the right direction and was very focused on her needs. Salesman took over later and was all about her finding the right bike for her needs. Its been a few weeks now and we couldn't be happier!
I still own a Trek 820 from over 30 years ago still going strong! But, I love my new Marlin 7 Gen 3!!! Thanks Pete and Joseph!

Our experience at Trek was wonderful. We went in just knowing my husband wanted a bicycle for exercise. They listened and made several suggestions. Then the salesperson helped us by pulling down several for him to try riding. They pointed out strengths and weakness for each bike per what he was looking for. After purchasing the bicycle, they checked pressure and all other items on the bike before we took it out to our vehicle. They helped us load it and got cardboard to protect it from the truck frame. Everyone was so helpful and pleasant that we will definitely go back for any other needs for our bicycles or if we need to purchase another one.

I live my trek bike and your service department is always helpful when I need something checked or fixed.
Went in with problems putting together a bike for my grandson for Christmas and this whole team was awesome! Was met at the front door by a very friendly young lady, and when I explained my issue, she said “sure, bring it in, and let’s see if we can help you”. Between her, two of her colleagues, and finally the Manager himself (Ray??)…..they fixed my issues and charged me almost nothing!

Very nice shop - friendly and efficient service. Purchasing a bike and accessories at the Trek Naples store was easy - and I was able to have the bike delivered to my home the same day. I highly recommend the shop.

We just stopped into the store to pick up a helmet and wound up spending close to an hour talking to Mitch. He was incredibly well informed and knowledgeable about many subjects related to cycling and health. On top of that he was a terrific person....and so was his associate whose name I didn't catch. All in all, an hour well spent.
