Got my bike into their repair shop in yesterday morning and it was successfully fixed and ready to be picked up in the early afternoon!! Rode 30 miles on it today with no problems. Problem was with its electronic shifting. First time I have had to have it looked at since I bought it a year ago last March.
We had two bikes in for service. Scott was very helpful and professional. He also accepted our bikes early before your official opening time to accommodate our schedule.

Steamboat Ski and Bike Kare did an absolutely amazing job on both of my bikes. They performed a full tune on my full suspension and a full tune on my gravel bike — and the difference is night and day. Everything feels dialed in and buttery smooth. You can really tell they take pride in their work and care about getting every detail right. Super friendly, knowledgeable staff, too. Highly recommend them for any bike service. I’ll definitely be coming back!
