What a fantastic shop! All of the staff were amazing and the level of expertise in assisting with boot fitting is incredible, especially MJ. I’m wearing my new boots first day out and they fit like a warm, secure hug. Best I’ve ever had and I’m a really tough fit - wide, flat, pronation. I am so excited. Can’t recommend this shop enough!!

Your staff is the best. Even when we dont need anything, when we're in town, we stop in and visit. We trust you for your experience and expertise to help us get the best fit, equipment, and service for our ability, profile, and goals. We bought our boots from you and get our skis tuned with you. This time you found damage, called me after hours with repair recommendations, and gave me advice that helped me understand what's happening and what I should expect from the repair. Whenever we talk with people about where to go when asked, since we live in Littleton, Christy has never steered us wrong. They have great seasonal deals, and they're at all major resorts it seems but if you're in Steamboat, we always tell people about Ski & Bike Kare. Noting - lf anyone wants the best fitting boots and personalized attention to help make adjustments as they pack in, as you find pinching spots, or fix areas that feel uncomfortable, (especially if you have bone, toe, and foot problems) you guys are the best. Purchasing our boots from you was the best decision we made. It changed our skiing and leveled us up. After we worked with you to get our boots, we never realized how bad our old boots were and how much it affected our comfort and ability on the slopes. Props to both locations in town and on mountain!
This time I use the tuning service. I like them because they always do what they say they’re going to do, when they say they’re gonna do it, and they always do a good job.
Bought boots and the gentleman was very knowledgeable. Told me why I should buy a smaller boot. He provided he could widen the toe area but the ankle area would remain tight for control. Worked like a charm.

MJ has now worked on both my wife's snowboard boots 2 yrs ago & my ski boots this year. He's just awesome helping customers understand what's going on & then fixes it. Brandon also helped push out a few pinch points the followingday. In all a very positive experience. Already recommended the boot services to my brother in law who swung by & was assisted by Brandon.
