The bike shop crew always is respectful, regardless of how dumb my question is. And I feel they are honest about needed repairs and maintenance and don't try to up sell you on unnecessary stuff.

Intermittent and repetitive 2-3 sec loss of power assist on my Wife's Liv embolden was correctly diagnosed by Willy to be from brake caked speed sensor (her speed sensor is remarkably very close to brake caliper). Received the bike back in two days and w/ good communication by staff.

These guys are truly awesome. Great service, attention to detail. I spent hours online trying to find the right part for my trek e-bike. These guys found the right part (from Bosch), ordered it and installed it to perfection. It seems personal, professional service is a lost art and these folks do it right!
Friendly, knowledgeable
Repair tech was attentive and willing to talk through issues they encountered. Tried to fix a shifting issue, but was not able, so did not charge for the attempt, even though he did improve overall shifting. Offered different options that might help eliminate the issues.
