Excellent experience selecting a carbon fiber bike, accessories and the newly released Thule Outpost 2-bike rack. Randy was very helpful in explaining the different products available, which provided me with enough information to make a great selection. His low key approach and dry sense of humor made this entire experience a delight. Leah, who works on the repair side is very good at her craft and went above and beyond in fielding a call when i was at home and couldn't figure out how to remove the rack. This entire experience speaks volumes of the integrity and expertise of Randy and his team. I've been to a few other bike stores in the NE region, and am confident Stadium Bike leads the way in customer service.
The guy helping me was great. He's looking up parts I'm looking for even though they're for another brand. This is my go to shop now.

I had my bike service since it hadn’t been used in quite a few years. The only think it needed was wrap inside the tire (don’t know what it was called) and then to see if the gears were working correctly. I was happy with their service.
