Took it there to be put together, I tried, but to no avail, they fixed my screw ups,, and got it back from them when they had promised, very friendly, and helpful, very pleased with Trek in Sheboygan.
They were able to fit me in without an appointment and they were able to get my sons bike ready for the summer.
The staff were knowledgeable and put on the equipment I purchased right away and was great at explaining how the equipment worked….
I bought my Trek e-bike a few years ago from Sheyboygan Trek store. Always get my service work done there too,the staff always pleasant,and always have been great resolving my problem. I Had brake problems this past year,and had it in for repair. The wrong parts came in,so they reordered parts,and I recently had the repair completed.Trek,covered parts on warranty,and I paid for labor costs. Chris has been my technician ,and explains diagnosis completely,and makes repairs at a very high level. He doesn't overlook anything,and will correct any foreseen issues.Tyler does a great job diagnosing problems,ordering parts,and scheduling work on a timely fashion.There are alot of cheaper bikes,out there,but I appreciate the quality and the great service of Trek Sheyboygan ,that keeps me out on the trail. Josh was extremely helpful in finding and procuring the specific bike I was looking for.
He also spent time with me explaining the features and making necessary adjustments.
Cooper was very friendly and customer service focused.
Overall an easy, thorough and pleasant experience.
One negative to call out - when I called to see if my bike was ready 3 days after paying for it, Tyler indicated they were very busy and he wasn’t going to make any promises because Friday and Saturday were their busiest days. I was a little irritated that someone who had paid for the product days ago was going to wait in line to be able to get it because other shoppers who may or may not buy anything took priority.

I got great service when I took my bike in the other day. My bike tech helped me with my pedal clips, replaced batteries and put sealant in my tire. He took his time and made sure everything was ready to go before I left.
We purchased two e-bikes. Our service person was excellent. Very knowledgeable and very courteous. Excellent in demonstration as well as set up upon pickup.
