This was the first time in your store and I was impressed by the great service ( by Evan). I needed some advice on some Shimano clip bike pedals on my Orbea road bike. I made a purchase of a set of Trek flat pedals for now, and I’m happy with the purchase. I will be back.

Disappointed in service after the sale. I called to see about getting someone to come out to troubleshoot some squeaking noise coming from the machine. It was a floor model and no noise issues were noted when we used it in the store. I spoke with Jesse and he said he would follow up with me and never did. For what we paid I am disappointed in the after the sale service.
Jesse was happy to order the bike I wanted, and as he told me, it was delivered and assembled in a weeks time. When I picked the bike up, I was instructed in what to do and how to operate the electric mode.
