The guys working at McGhies that day were so helpful, friendly, and efficient. They took my bike in right away, put on a new chain to replace the chain the was broken off and had my bike back outside to me within less than 30 minutes. After just a quick visit inside to pay I was out the door with my bike all fixed and ready to go. Thanks for that. The service was the best I have seen in awhile at McGhies, even better than pre-quarantine. Thanks for the survey and for caring a out us as customers.

Pricing for broken chain repair with a master link was not only reasonable but so cheap that I felt compelled to buy some extra parts.

Brought my bike tire in that was flat. Even with the social distancing issue and only allowing one customer in the service area at a time, your employee asked me if i wanted it fixed right then, even though there was about 6 customers waiting behind me. I said yes and he put a new tube in my tire, pumped it up, and I was out of there in less than 10 mins. The employee was very courteous, professional, and customer service oriented. Great job!!!
