I recently visited Mcghie’s Fort Apache during the quarantine. It was a strange time to buy a bike since I couldn’t actually try it to make sure I liked it. I’m no bike expert, but I had a few bikes in mind. Mike was beyond helpful. He took the time to show me the bikes I had in mind, but also made some recommendations based off my likings.
My only complaint is that when it came time to pay one of the employees asked me to come in and leave my kids outside. No way was I going to let that happen, as if we weren’t already standing next to each other outside! Mike ended up letting me come in with my kids. I would recommend buying a bike from Mcghie’s if the costumer service and knowledge was like Mike’s!
During these strange times - The staff was very informative and assisted me in the purchase of a new e-Bike, over the phone.
Not being able to shop within the store was a disappointment, and having to only view the bike with not test ride was also a bummer.
The sore did the best the could - by no means was this a wonderful transaction, but I do not hold them responsible. They were not allowed to sell me a helmet - odd that they could not sell safety equipment.
Since purchasing the bike I have had problems with the bike, and I have decided to simply hold off attempting to contact the store until after they are allowed to open - I am certain they will be helpful when the time comes.
Randy at Fort Apache location is amazing. Very attentive, trying to get you exactly the bike you need. He went above and beyond to make sure my bike fits me well and addressed a my questions or concerns without rushing me. It's people like Randy that make all.the difference. Definitely an asset to the company.

The owner, Randy, found my bike for me and brought it to the McGhies store on Ft Apache to make it easier for me to see, test the bike and make the final purchase. Much appreciated.

Bought a bike for my wife and I. Throughout the process in this crazy world we are living in right now the complete process was flawless. The McGhies team was amazing and delivered one bike to my house and I was able to pick up the other bike from the store when it came in.
