Johnny, one of the employees was really helpful with outstanding product knowledge of the bicycles and I was able to choose the best fit for me. This specific bike helped bring me to the next level in mountain biking within less than a year riding intermediate and black diamond trails. I’ve had no issues with my bike and it still rides like a new bike!

Jax’s is a great place to shop. Everyone is so kind and helpful, they always go the extra mile not just giving you a product, but making sure that you know how to use it or that it is installed and you know how to take it off or put it back on or Making sure that the child fits the bike really well and adjusting it so the child doesn’t outgrow it so quickly I’ve been great place for our family to shop for sports gear.

Great bike shop
No one sold me a sales pitch. That was the best thing ever. I got a flat on the back of my e-bike. I was scared to mess around with it. Looked you up, and I liked that I had my own options instead of forced suggestions. The service team helped tremendously. Held my bike overnight while it was repaired. 10/10 looking to come back very soon. Keep that lifetime “bullet proof” tire lining. I’ll be back for that.
