Everyone at Idaho Mountain Touring was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They helped describe to me all of the differences between the different AT skis available and how they would ski so I could make the right decision.
There is never something I don’t want or need from IMT. I’ve known Chris and Bill for many years, and they’ve built the store into the best overall outdoor shop west of the Mississippi.

I went in a few times recently to look at some Atomic Shift MNC bindings, which I ended up buying. Both Ryan and Shannon were very helpful in discussing the product with me on various visits. Got the best CS from Dax at the downtown store regarding bike tubes. We're in a time when people are just trying to get through their days so it's tough to get service from someone who genuinely wants to help you figure out a solution to your problem. So that was refreshing. Train people to be like him. :)
