If I didn’t already have my Santa Cruz Carbon CC MTB, I would have also purchased my bike from this outstanding bike shop. Their free tune is great and went above and beyond servicing my oldest son’s bike a few months outside the year window due to our extremely busy life. Also, due to our said life they put a rush on our last tune and had only a two day turn around rather than a standard week turn around! For our family MTB needs we will continue to support this shop!

Employees are helpful without being annoying. They just check in on you and see how you are doing and aren't pushy. The Boise store has a great vibe and feels like it should be in a small mountain town. Prices are comparable to other similar stores and nothing feels overpriced because it is in a local store. More options than the big name store.
