I came in looking for a Thule /Yakima ski box for my car. Dax was super helpful in explaining the differences in the roof top ski boxes, checking out all the features and making sure the length would work for my skis. Great service at a very reasonable price. Wound up way below the quoted estimate. They even threw in an extra part or two at no charge. This was on my wife's 25 year old Trek bike. First place I took it to didn't even look at the problem, just said it was an old bike and tried to sell me a new one. Idaho Mountain Touring showed they appreciated the durability of the old bike, and got it running practically as good as new. I definitely recommend them to anyone needing bike repairs!

The weather in Boise was much colder than I expected. While visiting my BSU students, I was freezing cold! My children took me to your store, and I purchased amazing SmartWool socks. I put them on in the store, wore them all day, and had a terrific day.
