When I bought my bike there was an agreement that after two weeks and then again after two months I'd get a free tuneup. I took my bike in the other day, a year after the purchase and they honored it. After promising it 24 hours later, I had my bike back at around 6. Im blown away by the customer service. Good job all around!
Your sales and service personnel are very helpful and knowledgeable! The products displayed on the show room floor are spaced and situated to where nothing is crowded. Very nice to see a sports store set up like the inside of Idaho Mountain Touring in Meridian! First impressions walking into the store were Great! Smiling faces, helpful questions with a very nice selection of products from wall to wall! It looked like a candy store for the outdoorsy enthusiast! Your the Greatest!!! Store employee "Br", went above and beyond to help me out with trying a bicycle, adjusted seat position, height even changed out the existing grips so I could get the bike more dialed into my liking. I ultimately didn't purchase that model but the customer service was fantastic!

Rode Bogus yesterday on the new tires, they were great and that little bump in the front rim is gone and does not catch my eye at speed anymore (one less thing to keep an eye on at speed)
