I've been a customer for years, and have bought skis in the past, as well as had my bike serviced. This was my first bike purchase here, and I felt like I was given good advice in terms of which model was best for my needs without feeling pressured.
I've always been treated fairly, and have service has always been friendly. The people working in the store obviously enjoy the sports IMT sells products for, and they've almost always been knowledgeable when I've had questions.
