I don’t remember his name but I believe it was Bryan. He was took his time and helped me find the tubeless right rim strips for my mountain bike, gave me pointers including a demonstration. IMT has a great employee and his expertise and kindness was very much appreciated!

Really fast free shipping process. I was really surprised to receive an email that the jacket shipped on the same day that I had ordered it. Also, deeply discounted price helped make this an easy no-brainer to order from a small reliable company. I had bought a mt bike from ID MT Touring in 2007 when I lived in ID, and that was a great competitive price at the time for the region (UT, OR and ID). I moved the area and sort of forgot about ID MT Touring, that is until you popped up on a google search for the jacket I was looking for. I would prefer whenever possible to purchase from smaller companies. I appreciate competitive pricing, very quick free shipping and I'm glad you popped up in a general search (I wasn't searching using general google search, not specifically the 'shopping' option). I will return for sure, happy to know you're still around and survived all these years ( and the pandemic economy). Please send out occasional coupon codes to customers :)

Karen was extremely helpful to me over a relatively small purchase the other day - and didn’t make me feel silly for wanting to pick out the right color of water bottle cage for my new bike :) I’ve always liked IMT but really left with a good feeling after that visit!
