Great service and reasonable prices for bike repairs
Friendly staff. I brought my mountain bike in Saturday morning. The back tire needed to be repaired. They fixed it in 20 minutes and sent me on my way.
I haven't been in the store yet. I won't be in Boise for a family vacation until 11/20, but I'm looking forward to visitng your store. However, I did order a gift card for my son-in-law who lives in Boise and Alexsis was a great help. Thank you!
I've been to other bike shops and they just seem to have this kind of attitude and not very friendly to their own customers - I don't get it. I always go to your shop now because it's just a good atmosphere and everybody's friendly and everybody explains to me things with my bike like repairs for example. It's just a good vibe.
The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. I brought my bike in to be looked at as I thought it needed new tubes. They took a look at it and said it would be ready in 2 days but was ready the next day!
price and ease of ordering
While IMT has many of the same brands and products I can find at other outdoor retailers or online sites, the product knowledge, experience and friendly service of the IMT Staff is what keeps me coming back!! Never once have I felt like anyone on the team didn’t have the time to answer my questions or help guide me through my shopping experience. Everyone feels like a friend.

Friendly and knowledgable staff.
There are many knowledgeable people at the various bike shops in town, but staff at the IMT Boise store have gone far and above in my experience. Whether it was Dax explaining relevant concepts about new materials compared to each prior generation of bicycles or other staff members talking about performance tuning, helmets, realities of year-round commuting, trails and mitigating punctures along those trails-- all have been very knowledgeable with practical, realistic recommendations that I didn't get elsewhere when initially shopping around. That's why I purchased my gravel/fx4 bike there, then my wife's bike, light sets, winter wools and seemingly minor things like extra tire levers from there to keep supporting this local business even though other shops are closer to my home.
