Help is of expert level in regard to biking and technical options to consider for purchase. I have never felt an "upsale" effort from this team. I have purchased a few bikes from this team over the past six years and satisfied with each.
My last purchase was a bit unique in the sales process as i purchased two children's bikes via phone. I bought two Treks Predator versions a 12" and a 20" 7 speed.
There were some pricing options with colors and being a phone purchase it would have been nice to have the help navigating this. There were a couple of lesser cost options and I still may have made the same purchase, however, i didn't know about them until I stopped to review the website. Just a tip for helping the buyer to understand the options.

I like the friendly and we'll informed crew. They know about anything outdoors. The store always has a wide array of hiking, cycling, clothing and many other inventory supplies.

Lots of inventory to choose from, but the best part was the customer service. Absolutely loved the above and beyond service by the employees. I just felt incredibly comfortable to ask all the questions and get all the answers. Will highly recommend.
The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. They could relate to my needs and interests allowing me to select the best products. They also took the time to contact the manufacturer to confirm the product availability as well as product information.

Always appreciate the friendly service and attentiveness. I had my bike in for a full service and some additional maintenance work. July bike was done when they said it would be and there were no hidden charges or forced up sells, which I always appreciate. I was bummed that I noticed my front brake was soft when I got home. I’m assuming there was still some air in the lines. I didn’t want to turn around and go back down so I am stuck with that for awhile, but everyone is great to work with and always helpful.

All the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. We bought two bikes and made the purchase on Sunday afternoon and returned on Monday after the the second bike was put together. Due to my with schedule we couldn't make it to the store until just before they closed. We ended up buying some accessories and they installed them on the bikes and made sure we test drove them before we left. Three employees stayed about 45 minutes after closing to make sure we were taken care of. I was sorry that they stayed but so thankful. All three of them didn't complain one bit and said they were happy to help. This is the second bike purchase from the Meridian store over the last 6 years and I won't hesitate to come back again! Awesome shop!
