I came in to buy a bottom bracket. However, the service tech helped inform me about my existing one. I appreciate that I didn't waste my money on a product that I didn't need. Instead I picked up tubes, co2 and a Co2 insulator. It is service like this that makes me come back.

Recently worked with Lauren at your 3rd Street shop. She helped me purchase and 'dial in' my first e-MTB: a $14,500 S-Works Turbo Levo SL. She was STELLAR, taking all the time I needed to understand my new bike and how to use its accompanying software. She even downloaded the Mission Control app (from Specialized) for me to use on my Smartphone -- at my request -- since I basically suck at this digital technology stuff.
