The tech that helped me out was super friendly and went out of his way to get everything dialed in for me, and the Turbo Levo Expert that I rented blew my mind! This was my first e-bike ride and it was way cooler than I ever expected, that bike is a rocket ship! Hands down one of the funnest days I’ve ever had on two wheels.
The service team was very attentive and professional. Despite wearing a mask they recognized me and were pleasant and professional. I explained there was no rush for this minimal issue as I knew they were quite busy. They still got the bike taken care of that same day.

Excellent service and friendly staff
Prompt and efficient. The staff worked to make sure my issue was resolved after numerous other bikeshops failed to investigate and solve my issue. They followed through and worked until they got a key set for my Specialized turbo. No other shops wanted to invest the time and energy to help me solve this issue.
