After struggling with my climbing power, I signed up for a fitting with Ben and it was worth every penny. The Retul computer said everything was within the proper range initially but I knew I wasn’t recruiting the proper muscles, which led to quick fatigue and loss of power. Ben didn’t just rely on what the the computer was telling him as I have had other fitters do. He made multiple changes, checking to see how each one positively or negatively affected my performance until we got it right. I would highly recommend his services.
I love your staff both in sales and service. They are the best! Great knowledge of their products and always willing to help with any requests. I picked up a new bike today and they had everything set up as requested.
