Information that my bike rack was not compatible to my car and the solution of delivering my bike to me after the front tire repairs and offering to pick up and deliver for any future tuneups or repairs. Service for a senior citizen was much appreciated.

Staff was very helpful in teaching my wife how to use the bike.
It was easy to make an appointment for a tube up. The reasons for the level of tune up recommended were explained to me patiently and my questions were answered. The actual work took a few hours and my bike feels brand new again!

Tyler was great with us. We spent a few hours at the store looking at bikes. He took his time, he did not Make us feel rushed or as though we were wasting his time. He was well educated on the products we asked about. We love our new ebike! When we returned to pick up the bike, the gentleman who helped us was just as friendly and helped us get all set up with our new Ebike and even helped us attach the bike rack to our truck. The employees here go above and beyond to help their customers.
